Individual Counseling
Online or in-person, individual adult (21+). For those who may be experiencing anxiety, the impact of family dysfunction, have a history of trauma, difficulty rebounding from stress, chronic illness, transitions or any number of other challenges that we can face in life. Counseling assists people to process and explore their thoughts, values and needs, and learn new skills to bring balance into their life. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.
Couples Counseling
Primarily in-person, counseling can help a couple to connect, gain understanding of underlying patterns that are impacting the relationship and explore new skills and techniques to build a strong and mutually beneficial relationship. I also provide pre-marital counseling, which has been shown to help a couple improve communication and conflict and increase overall relationship satisfaction. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.
Corporate Wellbeing Workshops
Wellness workshops and presentations created specifically around the needs of your organization and employees. Research has consistently shown that when wellness and wellbeing is prioritized in the workplace, this can increase the resilience of employees and their teams, increase productivity and strengthen team dynamics.
